Roshni Navin Gandhi Fuller, Esq. is a California attorney with a practice focused on special education law and Minor’s Counsel. Throughout her career, Roshni has built her practice around advocacy for children and families, particularly children whose educational, developmental, or family circumstances require careful and thoughtful legal representation.
Roshni serves as Minor’s Counsel in family law and related proceedings, independently investigating matters affecting children and presenting information to the court to assist in protecting their best interests. She approaches each appointment with an emphasis on understanding the child as an individual, carefully evaluating the information provided by parents and professionals, and ensuring that the child’s interests are meaningfully represented.
Roshni also represents children and families in special education matters, advocating for appropriate educational services and supports through IEP meetings, mediations, and due process proceedings. Her experience includes analyzing IEPs, working with school districts and families, and advocating for services tailored to the unique needs of children with disabilities.
Prior to joining Park & Gandhi, Roshni served as a Deputy District Attorney with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where she gained extensive courtroom and trial experience. She has also represented survivors of domestic violence through the Chapman University School of Law Family Violence Clinic and has longstanding experience working with children and families through both her legal practice and community service.
Roshni earned her J.D. from Chapman University School of Law as a full merit scholarship recipient and received the school’s 2010 Pro-Bono for Legal Service Award. She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Roshni’s practice is grounded in the belief that effective advocacy begins with listening, understanding the individual child and family, and ensuring that their voices and interests are heard.
